Return Authorization
1. Go to Invoice
2. Ctrl + Click a Style or Line to highlight one or multiple styles
3. Click the ‘RA’ button. The RA window should pop up.
4. Save the RA and the WinFashion will provide you with an RA#
5. Create a new Invoice and click the ‘C/M’ button and select the RA# (your RA# is also associated with your Invoice#) then save. This will complete the Return Authorization and give your customer Credit.
Applying Credit
1. Create a new Invoice, select a Customer and save.
2. Click the Apply Credit Button to the Invoice. After the Credit is applied, the Credit should show under the Payment drop down menu and save. Under the Memo, the Invoice# which the Credit was from is usually entered in.
3. The Print Preview should show that the credit was applied.
Balancing Customer’s Credit Memo
- Go To related or existing credit memo
- Enter in positive payment against it and save
