Below is the procedure for posting 997’s to control log.

  1. Rename the received EDI file to .997.txt . For example if filename is MC611004.dat  rename it to MC611004.997.txt

  2. Go to EDI à Logs à EDI 997 posting to EDI Control Logà Paste the File location (where 997’s are saved) on the Directory for EDI 997 files to post.

  3. Press Tab on keyboard and it will list all the 997’s on that location.

  4. Click Post 997 to EDI Control# Log à Click yes on the pop up message.
